Subscription Terms and Conditions


All courses that require payment via our website are delivered online. There are no shipping costs or delays preventing access to online services once payment has been received. Subscriptions are monthly fees, and from time to time Yoga with Kym will run on-off online classes. All classes are delivered online and full access details are only provided after the successful payment for your event. From time to time some classes will be repeated as per customer feedback and requests of popular classes.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

You can cancel your membership at any time to take effect from the subsequent month. Unfortunately no refunds are available for any current month membership fee. Cancellation for individual classes are only available on request. Please contact us with your questions.

Yoga with Kym will accept the following methods of payment

We recognise that privacy, whether it is personal or credit card information, is important to our customers. Our website does not store your credit card details. All credit card details are transferred via 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security via our secure payment gateway NAB Transact. Your card details are encrypted and processed in real time. Payment by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of payment.


All membership subscriptions on this website must be pre-paid before fulfilment.
All orders are placed in Australian dollars.
In the case that you pay for an order with your credit card, we do not store your credit card number on our servers, however it may be retained by our payment gateway provider in circumstances where this is required.

The type of information which we collect about you will depend on how you use the facilities offered on the website and which products or services you use.

If you visit the website to browse or download information, the web server will record the date and time of your visit to our site, the pages viewed and the information downloaded. We will only use this information for statistical and for website development purposes.Any information that you enter on to an online application form (eg. contact details) will only be collected by us if you submit your online application. In other words, if you cancel your application or log out prior to submitting your application, any information which you had entered is automatically deleted.

If you consent, we may email you about an event or new service that we think might be of interest to you. If at any point you no longer wish to receive such emails, you just have to reply and type “remove” in the subject line of your email.
