About Yoga with KymYoga found me whilst I was on a working holiday in England in 1998.
I completed a Diploma of Sivananda Yoga Teaching Training in London in 2001. I am a Yoga Alliance certified Instructor. I continue to update and refresh my skills annually. Yoga is for everybody, and I love to teach to everyone including adults, children, teenagers, those with special needs and disabilities.
Classes are held in the sacred Yoga Room at Atma Holistic Centre at the following times:
- Monday 10-11am
- Tuesday ZEN nights 6-7.30pm
- Wednesday 12.30-1.30pm
- Thursday 10-11am & 6-7pm
- Friday advanced class 10-11am
NEW CLASS : BEGINNING THURSDAY 23rd FEB 5 - 6pm
All one hour classes are $12.
ZEN nights, which includes meditation is $15.
KIDS YOGA - stretches & yoga fun - Thursdays 4pm $9
Please wear loose comfy clothing.
Do not eat atleast one hour before class.
Please tell the instructor of any injuries or illness prior to class.
